One email with the link and what you noticed. Your mail app opens with everything filled in; nothing is sent anywhere else.
What counts
Public-facing commercial sites: companies, agencies, clinics, shops, startups. The library names the tells, not the people, so personal pages of individuals, hobby sites and anything that is honest about being a work in progress stay out.
Sole traders and local services are anonymised by default: the entry shows the tells and a cropped screenshot, not the name.
What happens next
The tip gets read within a week. If it qualifies, the page is captured on desktop and phone, scored, and written up. Named owners are written to before publication and get a reply box on their entry.
If it does not qualify, nothing happens, and that is most of them.
